                                          Channel subscriptions are billed on a non-recurring, 30-day basis.<\/p>\n

                                          NYUSU.NEWS does not automatically extend or renew subscriptions as content quality across individual channels may fluctuate.<\/p>\n

                                          Subscriptions must be manually renewed by the user. All purchases are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

                                          NYUSU.NEWS reserves the right to issue promotional credits at its sole discretion in place of monetary refunds.<\/p>\n

                                          Pay-Subscription Revenue Splitting<\/span><\/h4>\n

                                          When a user purchases a 30-day paid subscription to a channel, the gross subscription price is subject to a revenue-sharing allocation.<\/p>\n

                                          The channel operator shall receive 92.5% of the net subscription revenue which is calculated after the deduction of all processing fees, transaction charges and other applicable levies imposed by banks, credit card companies and third-party payment gateways.<\/span><\/div>\n

                                          NYUSU.NEWS reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify this splitting percentage at any time and without prior notice.<\/div>\n
